JGRewards is a loyalty programme built and run by JG AI Research & Development Pvt Ltd (“JGAI”), working with regional partners: BRJU InfoSec Inc across North America, and IA7 GlobalTech across the EU and UK. By using the JGRewards app or joining a shop's programme you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Membership

Membership is free. You join by entering your phone number, which is how shops recognise you. You are responsible for the information you provide, and for entering a phone number that is your own. We may suspend or end a membership that is being misused, and you can ask us to close yours at any time.

Verifying your number

We may ask you to confirm your phone number by entering a code we send you by text message. This is to stop somebody else opening your membership by typing your number. Your mobile provider's normal charges for receiving a text may apply; we do not charge you for it.

Codes are for your own use. Please do not share one with anybody, including someone claiming to be from JGRewards or from a shop — we will never ask you to read a code out to us.

Some information is only shown once a number is verified. This is deliberate, and protects you rather than restricting you.

Points and rewards at shops

Points are issued by the individual shop you earned them at, not by JGRewards. Each shop decides what its points are worth, what rewards it offers, what they cost, and whether points expire. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be moved between shops or transferred to another person.

If a shop leaves JGRewards, closes, or changes its rewards, the points you hold there are a matter between you and that shop. We will help where we can, but we cannot pay out or replace points a shop does not honour.

Partner coupons

Members may be shown discount codes from partner brands. These are offered as a benefit of membership and are not sold to you.

• JGRewards is not the seller. We do not supply the goods or services a coupon applies to, and we are not party to any purchase you make from a partner.
• The partner sets the terms of its own offer, and its terms and privacy policy apply once you leave our app. Read them before you buy.
• Codes may expire, run out, be limited to certain products or countries, or be withdrawn by the partner at any time, sometimes without notice to us. We cannot guarantee a code will work when you come to use it.
• If a partner refuses a code, changes its offer, delivers late, or fails to honour a purchase, that is between you and the partner. We will pass on what we know, but we cannot refund or compensate you for a partner's offer.
• Codes are for your own personal use as a member. Please do not resell them, publish them, or use automated means to collect them. We may withdraw access to coupons, and in serious cases end a membership, where this happens.
• We may earn a commission when a member uses a partner offer. This never changes the price you pay.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change or withdraw features, including partner coupons, as the programme develops.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country, and in the European Union and United Kingdom your statutory rights are unaffected. Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of shops and partners we do not control.

Changes

We may update these terms as the programme changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use JGRewards means you accept the current version.
